Grease/oil on engine block

Hey guys,

I noticed I have some oil/grease on my passenger side of my engine block. My assumption is the valve cover gasket is leaking. What do you guys think this could be?

First pic is the passenger side, second is the driver side to show comparison.

That's what it appears by my eye too. Like the middle of the valve cover gasket there in the front. Does the top of the valve cover gasket look wet or dry? Have you tried putting a little more torque to the VC bolts, in case there's a loose one?
