Harmon Kardon shuttle feature

I have a 2019 Ram Limited with the Harmon Kardon stereo. The shuttle feature quit working when playing off my phone. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Most likely a phone issue.
What phone? Does it work from the phone? Have you reset the phone?

The phone works fine on car play, can browse, pick whatever albums, etc. the shuttle feature which goes from album songs to other album songs was working fine, then quit!
