Hey all,
I have an 88 d100 with the efi 318 and it has this surging problem when stopping.
It sometimes stalls when stopping.
It also surges sometimes when very mildly accelerating.
Things I've tried:
New IAC "valve" - did nothing
changing the IAC adjustment post that pushes on the throttle - did nothing
cleaning the carb by spraying cleaner down the throttle - did nothing - was very dirty though
run without air cleaner - did nothing
Anyone run into this before so I can narrow my search on what to adjust/fix?
