Head Unit Not Working

I'm getting a couple odd messages on my head unit. First time was last weekend, but after I restarted the truck it worked again. Now it's just loading up the USB & go to the dealer messages. I tried the soft reset process that's pinned, but no luck.

Any ideas on how to fix this short of going to the stealership?

Assuming you still have the 2012 noted in your profile, you can try following some of the troubleshooting steps from this site, it should help narrow it down for you.

It's a 2014 Laramie, I should update that. I'll look around there and see what I can find. Thanks for the link.

Yeah, sorry, different radio, I don't think that site's going to be much help, they started to use a different radio in the Rams in 2013
