Heater core swivel arms

I replaced heater core a year ago . It's leaking again and I'm wondering if the swivel arms are leaking ? Anyone had trouble with them before . Is there a certain core you recommend ? Should I get one without swivel arms ?

Everything I have read says to try and use the OEM cores. This is the one that I just purchased but I haven't had a chance to install yet.

The tubes on the heater core are designed to swivel. That is what he is asking about.

I can`t imagine the core has corroded that fast. It only leaves a few things unless it somehow got damaged when installing? Was it a mopar core or aftermarket?
