Forgive my asking the question, I'm sure it's been discussed before.
On the HVAC everything functions fine except that when I turn it from cold to heat the air quits flowing no matter where I set it to flow from. You can also hear the blower motor working harder. This is a single zone unit. You can feel that the air in the unit is getting warm, just not coming out anywhere.
I believe there is just one blend actuator so this tells me that the door has moved from the evap core only to the evap and heater core but the air cannot get through which I think tells me the door is good.
Is there something that could have come loose and blocked the heater core?
Is there another blend door maybe to control the evap circ and the heater core circ?
I would think it would not be dirt plugging the heater core flow because doesn't the outside air see the evap core first?
Thanks
