Hello to everyone. I picked up a leftover 2013 Hemi powered Ram 1500 Tradesman with the 8' bed as I've been needing a truck to haul the drag bikes around for some time now. Fantastic gas mileage and ride quality for a truck. It feels great driving around, power wise, but it sure was MUCH slower than I thought when we went to the track with it. I posted up the times in the track section and it looks like I'm around a second slower than the slowest one ever. Truck will not take off at all and dies badly on the 1-2 shift. But hey, it's not a drag truck and it gets 25 or so MPG when driven conservatively. It's just what I was looking for. I've called Moe's Performance already and they're going to help me with the substandard performance I'm getting out of it at the track. I'm going to get 9's in the 1/8th and 14's in the 1/4 out of this thing if it kills me.
