Help... Drivers door won't open

When it's cold out and truck sits for a little bit my driver door won't open from the outside but opens fine from inside and once it warms up a bit opens from both??any ideas

Nobody has ever had this happen ??seems like only when it's below 20degrees

Never had my truck anywhere it gets below 33 or so and its not that often in Houston. I can say that I have never had this happen to any of my vehicles when I lived in MA where it would hit 0 and up in New Hampshire when I would go skiing it would get to -20 or colder but my doors always opened.
