The install video never says how he hooked up the license plate light. There was a single blade on the license plate light to go to the factory hookup? I'm thinking of replacing my factory damaged bumper, by previous owner with this bumper.

Thanks, I did see a Jeep video where they used the old bulb housing to plug in the blade connector. I think rather than cutting off my connectors I'm going to use this method. Ordered my rear bumper via Amazon yesterday.

Here's a pic I took of the rear view of my Hooke road bumper. Pretty happy with it. Only things I wish were the cutouts for the exhaust being rounded instead of the angular cuts, and because the bumper sticks out further the exhaust tips don't come out to the end of the bumper and the hitch is now recessed under the bumper a little bit. My hitches are long enough not to cause and issue and I will be addressing the exhaust tip issue shortly. Still pretty happy with how it looks and functions (love the corner steps) and the weight of this makes me think it would handle a collision much better than factory bumper. Also the built in lights are super, and I mean super bright. Looks like headlights when I back up.
