Shed a tear, my Ram just hit 10,000 miles. I knew it would happen but just like us not wanting our kids to grow up, the 10,000 mile mark is something that I was holding off for, LOL. Was kind of hoping to hold out until black Friday (day I took delivery a year ago) but alas, was not in the cards. :(

I felt like that at 100,000 with my old 2007 Ram. Drove it another 30,000 after that. These are great trucks for sure.

Always a milestone that's on everyone's mind after a new vehicle purchase.

Gotta commend you for it taking nearly 11 months for you to accumulate 10K miles though. I drove 10K miles in the first 6 months of me owning my truck haha.

The next milestone on your radar will be mileage left until your bumper to bumper runs out lol

Enjoy the truck man!

Know the feeling. Tomorrow marks the one year anniversary (10/26/19) of when I purchased my 19 Bighorn... and I’m just about to pass 13,000 miles. Trying to hit the end of the factory warranty right at the 3 year/36,000 mile point so that I make the most of the factory warranty period without being too much over/under either on time or mileage.

Truck has been simply awesome, I plan on keeping it a looooong time.
Enjoy it!

I am about to be saddened also. 10k then 36k then 75k then 100k in just over 7k more miles my 2015 will hit 150k.

I feel your pain

Mine just hit 5,000 and I felt the same way...I don't drive it much, I've had it since Dec. 26th last year.

Working from home put a huge dent in my mileage. After a year I'm at only 9k instead of the usual 20k. Least amount of miles in a year since I got my license 25 years ago.

This used to be me, but I think I'm going to have a different approach to my 2021 Laramie. I bought a "new" demo Silverado in 2010 with 7k on it. Sold it last week with 89k. Mechanically keeping the miles off was the right move, but man that truck rusted from the inside out and I sorta kick myself for not getting more use out of it. I can't fit this truck in my garage (Side note-how do builders get away with building garages that can't fit a truck in them? Front to back this 3 car garage is the exact length of my Silverado. Meaning the only way I can park it is to bump the front wall and climb through the passenger side). I wax and wash religiously and will spend more time keeping the underside clean and salt free on this Laramie, but if it has to live in my driveway I'm going to drive it before it rusts away like the Silverado did.

2019 purchased in 2/19, rolled over 40k this week. Covid did save some miles but I have to get where I'm going so it's all good.

Drive and enjoy it. That's what they are for. Life is short. Always wonder about people trying hard to keep the mileage low at any cost and drive pos "commuter" cars instead. Just my opinion.

I know mine is Gen 4, but don't see these stories over there. I bought my 2018 2500 brand new last October, just turned 6,000 miles. COVID has me parked for the most part. But my prior Rams all ran over 150k, my parents have my 2003 I bought new, still Rammin' Around.

You sir are a Trixster, your Avatar is bluebeast and your Truck is Red. What say you?

Well here is the story on that. Back in 1999 (after returning from Germany) I purchased a 1984 Ramcharger that was blue. The Ramcharger was a beast of burden as well as a plain old beast hence the screen name Bluebeast. Have used that handle on most sites for as long as I can remember.

Believe me, if I could have found a Navy blue Ram 1500, I would have picked that up but the Red is sweet as well.

A yes Germany and a Ram Charger too, we must be Brother’s from another Mother, although mine was an 86 Black and silver with the Maroon interior, built that f#cker with 36”s 4:10’s and tweaked the 360, I’d give my Power Wagon for another one like that.
