Idle down and stall

So I have a 99 360 4x4 quad cab. It sat in a field for 6 years and I brought her back to life and drove her home. She has all new O2 sensors, new IAC valve bad gas is gone. I've been alternating barrymans and seabfoam for the past 3 gas station visits. She had had a tune up and oil change.

All that being said, SOMETIMES when she is running in idle she will idle down from 8-900 RPM to 200 and die. If you give her gas she acts flooded with a pop like a backfire and sluggish response.

Any ideas? What am I missing?

Don't know if you got the problem resolved but anyway did you clean the passage where the IAC valve goes? There is a tiny orifice way back in there and it could be blocked with gunk.
