Interior Lights

I have a 2023 Laramie 1500 several things are popping up lately: 1. When opening door interior lights do not come on: 2. When starting up in the mornings the radio comes on but the 12 inch screen doesn't light up nor the dash lights but eventually will come on mostly 5 minutes after driving sometimes longer before they come on: Any suggestions?

Don't know about your lights (maybe play with the little wheel on the dash), but my radio sometimes takes a minute before it reacts to any input.
