Bench seat wire harness

I am trying to find a harness to tap in to for floor lights on my 2018. I found this wire harness under the flooring under the bench seat in the rear on the passenger side. I check for power but there's no power going to it. Does anybody know what this connector is for and where I could find a harness to wire in lights to come on when doors open?
