My names Steve and I just joined today. I have a 2010 blue quad cab with a 5.7 hemi and I love it.
Mods include:
3.75" rough country combo lift
20" xd 797 spy wheels black and chrome
35x12.50 federal couragia MTs
Tonnopro trifold tonneau cover
Deezee 4" chrome nerf bars
Diablosport in tune tuned for 91 octane
Flowmaster 40 series

Thanks guys. I don't have any immediate plans for any mods. Kind of sick of spending money on it lol. But I eventually want to get a set of riveted fender flares and maybe a cold air intake.

Look into the Vararam. For 4th Gen Rams, I love that model. Made a difference on my truck.
