Is installing bags the BEST way to get a smoother ride?

Lowered my 07 quad cab 1500 and have had problems with it riding ruff. I have the
Belltech 9543 Street Performance Shock Absorber Set

Yes, switching to air ride in the front will definitely make it ride better but it is still a truck. I have a 2004 Ram 1500 QCSB with an air ride setup in the front from X2 Industries. This is the most basic of air ride setups for our trucks and I have to say it does quite well. Here is the kit I used...

There is another kit from www.airbagit.com that I like the looks of but I don't have any experience with it. I'd definitely like to drive one of our DR trucks with a setup like the one below to see how well it rides and handles...

Yes the BT shocks are terrible, had them on my 2011. Finally swapped back to stock shocks up fornt, and I think sold it with them still on the rear. Chcek Bilstein on QA1.
