Finally got my 2500 CTD. I love this thing so far. The only thing that doesn’t seem to work quite right is the 12” display auto dimming when headlights are on. Otherwise, it’s so amazing!! Just love it!

Great looking truck! For my 2017 Rebel there is a slider switch by the headlight knob that allows me to dim when the lights are on or click it into place for no dimming.

Not sure if your 2500 is the same though. Might be worth looking for that slider switch.

Nice truck. I liked my 2013 RAM 2500 diesel. But needed a bit more payload for future endeavors.

On my 2020 3500 Tradesman, I have two wheels beside the headlight switch. One is for "ambient lighting" (still not sure what that is), and the other is for dash lights. Dash lights are the right dial.

Do the 2500s still come with the Firestones? I did not like the Firestone tires for towing over 10k. The TPMS would max out with the Firestone tires towing my 5ver. Manual checking of tire pressures revealed a 20+ rise in tire pressure on the rear tires. and I was within 500 pounds of GAWR. Not overweight. Michelins handled the weight and had better traction all around. I will avoid Firestone tires in the future.
