Jack and stands storage

So ive been thinking of a way to store my jack and stands while i travel and stuff. Eventually ill get a hi lift but not till i get my bumpers and sliders. So my idea is to build 3 cubbis under my toolbox with some simple sheetsteel and make it lockable. What u guys think?

That works or get a small tool box that fits under the bed box and is large enough for your jack and stands.
