I did search and didn't see any posts on it, has anyone felt the need to re-aim the headlights after leveling?

Leveling by....

1.) Lifting the front?

or

2.) Lowering the rear?

yes, they will be too high.
I know, in Maryland, that the headlights should be aimed straight ahead at 25'.

Put the truck on a level surface 25' away from a wall. measure the height of the headlight at the truck and then transfer that measurement to the wall. Keep the headlight distance from center-line equal.
then put a 'cross-hair' in the center of the light ( at the wall). the regular beam should be just in the lower right quadrant of the mark.
you should be good then.

Ya, I know the process, used to do collision work years ago, just curious why it never has been mentioned. See plenty of mentions about poor headlights, but none on readjusting. Those poor headlights get even worse when leveled if they haven't been readjusted accordingly.

I think you'd all be surprised by how much a little change at the light source will make a big change 100+ feet out front.

Whether you level front or rear it still has an impact, however slightly less if you lower the rear vs raising front.
