Yes you can. I have one on my 2500 and it has the self leveling rear air system.
It didn't bother the system at all. The level it doesn't lower the rear end so it's all good.

I have done it as well. However when I added a 1 3/4 inch level to the front the rear seemed a little lower then the front. So ordered a custom set of extender rods for the rear to bring it up 3/4". Now it's perfect!

i swapped out my stock front springs for the tuftrucks with 4" of front lift and it sits 1/4" lower than the rears .plus bils all around. not a 2016 but i don't think it matters. i have airbags and supersprings on the rear.
