Will the Rancho quick lift and 9000's work on a 2014 1500 2WD?

No, 2wd suspension is completely different than 4wd. Your truck doesn't have a strut assembly like the 4wd 1500's. You have a separate coil spring and shock. You'll want to look into options from Maxtrak or CST to get your truck leveled.
