I have looked for a similar forum on this but couldn't find anything. I have 35x12.5x18 in tires and was going to lift it this summer. I don't plan on moving up tire sizes so what lift would look better with 35s. The 4in or 6in. I haven't really seen enough lifted trucks in person to tell which one I'll like better

It really comes down to personally preference. IMO 35's look great on both a 4" or 6" lift. However some guys will say they look to small on a 6". I'd suggest just looking through pictures and deciding what you like best. The stickied 4th gen Lifted thread is probably the best place to start looking.

I would like the fuller fender look but would the 4inches still stand out. I know that sounded like a stupid question

Do you already have a level? A 4" lift would only be 1.5" higher if you're currently running a 2.5" level. I have 35x12.5x18 tires and I'm about to be running a zone 6" lift with 5" rear coils and bils set at 1.7". Close to 8" total in the front.

If you'd like, send me a picture with the side view of your truck and measure the distance between the tire and the fender. I'll photoshop it to give you an idea of what your truck should look like.

Here's mine with 5" more lift in the rear and around 5.5" more in the front.

It's not perfect, but at least it gives you an idea.

EDIT:
Here's another I did in about 2 minutes for fun. This one has a lot more than 5".

Being that your truck is 4x4 I urge you to stick with the 6''. The 4'' would not give you as much room to maneuver. I have been having the same thoughts about 35's vs 37's' but for me it came down to weight and cost.

I had a 7'' lift on a 4x2 with 35's and it looked great. My 2015 is in the shop getting a BDS 6'' lift put on with 35's. I'll post up on Sunday. PM me if I forget.
