I have a 2009 Ram 4x4 1500 and I'm about to do a transmission service. Could anyone give me any recommendations on where to get a decent pan with a drain plug. I've heard that some aftermarket ones don't do properly. Any help would be appreciated.

Why don't you add a drain to your pan. I bought one at a part store for my old Grand Cherokee and never had an issue with it leaking. Just drill a hole and screw it in. It comes with a nut and washers to seal it. It was about 3/4" hole. Once installed it has a smaller drain plug that you drain it with so you're not removing the washers.
