Looking For Knuckle

Hey all, haven’t posted much. Was in an accident in Jan where a young lady ran a red light and hit the front driver side of my 21 Laramie - it has been at the body shop waiting on a drivers side knuckle - part number 68265013AA, seems impossible to find one.
