Accidentally left my flashers on overnight and it drained my 12 V battery in my 2022 Ram 1500 Hemi e-Torque. I was able to recharge the battery with a dedicated charger off a wall outlet but it seems everything got reset. A/C is back on, as is Sirius, but all instruments straight in front of the driver's seat are totally out. Can/should these be reset via ODB II, or more likely blown fuse(s)? Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!

It is posible you blew a fuse how many AMPS where your charging it at? Also you may want to try to unhook the battery for a while/reset the truck weird things happen when voltage is low.

Charging at 10 Amps, but directly into low impedance battery. Thanks for the disconnect/reset suggestion; I'll try that and report back here on results.

I did some searching online and ended up trying a hard reset, which involves disconnecting the 12V battery for long enough to allow all of the capacitors to discharge on all of the electronic modules. Since I decided to also recharge my battery again, I left the disconnect overnight. When I reconnected in the morning, the dashboard backlight problem was gone so all of the background/indicator illumination was once again present, as expected. The reset procedure involved allowing the engine to idle for about 10 minutes after ignition (after the reset), then driving for about 15 minutes so the modules could re-learn their operating parameters. While driving, the yellow 'Check Engine' light came on. I took out my trusty BlueDriver ODB II analyzer and discovered that the indication was just for a low voltage....which had occurred before the reset. I cleared the fault indication and now everything is back to normal! Yay!!!
