Looking to buy 2500 CC 4x4 175k CTD HO

I have an 04 2500 CC 4x4 150k 5.7 hemi. I want to upgrade to the Cummins and long bed. Will be my first diesel. I'm giving up a few miles but gaining long bed and towing power. My 5th wheel is about 14k loaded and works the hemi pretty hard. Anything I should be concerned about? This truck I'm looking at is an 04 too

Damn, you can tow 14,000 lbs with the Hemi? I'm pretty new to trucks and that is very impressive.

good solid truck and engine combo I would take to a cumins shop and pay to have them go through the engine and trans check for worn parts steering suspension all repairs need should be reflected in sale price. If its chipped or programmed up for more power that can kill the longevity of engine trans look for signs overheating like bluing of exhaust and turbo.

Legaly, not even close
Max towing with that combo and 4.10 rear end is 10,800 lbs
Hell, GCWR for that truck is 15k lbs and the truck weighs 6k by itself

Injectors on common rails go around 150k without added filtration
Front ends can be ******, balljoints, ujoints, wheel bearings but that not any different from yours
Transmissions are notorious for not lasting
