Manual swap in a 09 mega cab

Hey guys, is this pretty hard swap? I'm sure I can find a manual, ecm, etc. especially for a 09. Can I reuse same drive shaft? Cutting floor and stuff okay?

Let me know if you know of a shop that can do this kind of work in the Southeast area to Texas i'd appreciate the info..
