Mounting Rotopax in 2024 HD 3500

When researching here and ultimately buying my 2024, I saw a thread about a 5th generation with a Rotopax mounted in the bed near the wheel well bump. I can't find it now.

My issue is I come seriously close to running out of diesel when towing my loaded toyhauler (Stealth/KRX) from Sand Hollow to Syracuse UT (338 miles), I think with a headwind I would.

I'd appreciate if someone participated in the thread and could help me find it, or has any ideas how to mount one. I know, I know, but sometimes on weekends the diesel pumps along I-15 are seriously backed up.

When I had my 95 diesel I always had that same fear when I traveled. I always took along extra fuel in a quality 5 gallon container. Set the container in an milk crate and secured that.

I did use a Rotopax on my ATV and that worked well. Maybe check on the Rotopax site for mounting options ?

Let us know what you come up with, I'm sure others might like to carry some "back up" fuel.
