when im doing 40 to 45and i press on the gas the engine starts shaking and it doesnt gain power when i push the tow/haul button it stops its not the transmission i already had it checked

Tow/haul is just an off switch for Overdrive. The converter locks in overdrive for fuel mileage AND trans fluid temperature. When you try to accelerate in overdrive with the converter locked it's painfully slow and not very effective. If your engine is "shaking" like you mention, you likely have a misfire.

Your steps from here are:
1. Comp check
2. Plenum
3. Cap, rotor, plugs, wires/wire routing
