Neck support, Whiplash protector Uncomfortable

2019 Ram Big Horn the neck supports are extremely uncomfortable and force the neck forward causing a neck ache. Is there anyway to adjust them just a little bit farther back?
I have temporarily turned them around 180° but now it offers little to no whiplash protection.
anyone else have this issue?
Help anyone?

I have a 2020 Bighorn and my headrests adjust by pulling forward and then back, ratcheting mechanism. Hope this helps.

If you raise them up the clearance increases.

My 2015 Big Horn had them flipped around and now my 2019 Laramie has them flipped around.
