Need new exhaust!!

Hey gang, had to weld the old one back on to the muffler. Wondering if its cheaper or easier to get a cat back or just a muffler and back. In canada if that helps, so far tdot performance is the cheapest. Also will need some upper and lower rear control arms if you guys know a decent set at a decent price in canada. Its for a 2011 1500 crew cab.

Mevotech makes nice rear control arms for our trucks for a reasonable price.

What part of the exhaust broke? I'm assuming rust?

Clean break from the muffler exit, that was literly the only spot of rust, everything else is good.

Just get a muffler. I had a local shop weld in a Flowmaster for $150, sounds nice without being "wake the neighbors" loud.

Yep, just get a muffler if everything after your muffler is still good....assuming you are looking for the most cost effective route.

If you're open to a catback system, I can recommend the Solo Performance Mach 44 kit. Made in Canada and a really nice system. Not too loud and no real drone. Very happy with mine....had it on my truck for just shy of a year now which is a muffler longevity record for me.

I ordered the following Magnaflow direct fit muffler and it's a hit! Literally was here next day, box was destroyed but the delivery guy handed me the box and said "Everything is there so don't worry". I guess it's not his first exhaust box he delivers!

It's not obnoxious but does lets people know when you start the truck! When you give it, it roars but when you coast it's nice, some light drone at certain speeds but sometimes a few KM/H higher removes it. Had it since June 11th and I don't regret it one bit!
