New owner mirror option clarification

I recently purchased a 2019 ram 1500 big Horn. On the window sticker I have a trailer tow group package with manual fold away. Underneath that option I have the 25Z level 2 equipment group which shows "power-folding mirrors". This vehicle does not have a button for the power fold away. The dealer states the mirrors are in fact "manual". I contacted the ram customer service and they stated the truck should be equipped with the power option. So the question is should the vehicle have the power folding mirror option?

What mirrors does it have on it? If it has tow mirrors they wont be power folding or have 360 camera. Only the non tow mirrors have those features and there has been some misinformation regarding both.

Go by what RAM customer service says. I'm assuming you gave them your VIN. If so, their info will be more accurate. You can also look up your build sheet on RAMs site with your VIN. It will tell you how the vehicle is actually supposed to be configured.

Just to clarify does it state just power mirrors or power fold? And similarly to the 360 being on the window sticker with tow mirrors when it really wasn't equipped, same case for the sticker showing power fold on the tow mirrors, in error. I believe the only time the tow mirrors have been power folding was on the later 4th gen 2500/3500's.

I'm leasing the truck so I'm not putting any aftermarket parts in.

I am pretty certain that if you order the tow package, those mirrors supersede any mirrors that may have been included in a package.

I agree with you, if its stated that way they should be there. I'm also just letting you know they've screwed up on the sticker with that as well as the 360 option being on the tow mirrors. They may try to be greasy and say its "power-folding" as in power mirrors that fold, but even if that's the case they should still state that in a more definitive fashion. And regardless of their error on the sticker, if its got tow mirrors, they aren't power folding nor will they have the 360. Hopefully you can find some resolution for this, I looked into swapping out power folding regular mirrors on my 4th gen for tow mirrors, and just that swap itself involved enough for me to decide not to do it.
