My sons 99 ram 1500 has led tailights in it and for some reason the brake light and the turn signal on the rear passenger side do not work. The brake light and turn signal on the driver side work fine. I pulled the light from the drivers side and plugged it into the passenger side and it was the same issue, No brake light and no turn signal but the running light works. The running lights, the brake lights and the turn signal are all the same set of leds. The flasher relay is led compatible. Any ideas where to start?
The reverse light on the passenger side is a typical bulb and it was burnt out so I replaced and it worked, but I also noticed the passenger side light for the license plate is also out. Everything on the front end works fine.

I figured it out, Kinda. What ever the issue was it was with the adapter for the trailer wiring harness. I unhooked it and plugged factory harness to factory harness and now it works as it should again.
Thanks for posting your solution. Quite a few never bother, and then we’re all left wondering if they were able to fix their problem or not.

Figured it might be useful if anyone runs into a similar issue. and also to prevent wasting peoples time responding.

Had a similiar problem years ago. There was a plug by rear bumper for four wire trailer connector. Came that way from the factory with a snap on plastic cap. Over time road salt caused it to short out and backfeed through the light system. Interesting enough, a mechanic told me what to look for without looking at my truck. Must be fairly common. I snipped the connector off with a snipper and the problem was cured.
