No oil pressure at idle

Oil pressure dropped to 0 at idle restart it or rev it would come back. It didnt do it every time but allot. I burned up #3 rod bearing, rebuilt it cleaned the oil relief valve behind filter and replaced the second valve back there. Not even sure what both are for exactly. After rebuild still oil pressure drops to 0 idling check guages light comes on. I gas it and pressure comes back and check gauges light turns off. pressure, restart motor oil pressure back.
Im guessing the valve under spring on filter housing is messed up. I already replaced the spring and bypass valve. Any help here would be great.

i had a mid 2000 dakota that did same thing. sold it dirt cheap to a mechanic and he said it was sludge in the oil journals
