No power to usb’s

I have a 2021 2500 but wish to have power to the USB’s plugs All the time so I can charge up phones when the pickup is not running, dealer said it can’t be done. What is everyone doing to Solve this problem?

If the truck has a cigarette lighter
switch it out for a USB charger
