2013 1500, I have an RA2 radio that the volume level won't move from 0. This happened intermittently last year during a cold snap but would come back on after a few minutes of driving. A new battery fixed the issue for good with no problems since until now. It has started again over the last few days (temps between 0-30*F) and this time it's not returning even after running the truck for an hour. Radio-wise AM, FM, Bluetooth all seem to work. I can connect and switch between, everything seems normal. It recognized it had a CD and tried to load forever. I ejected the CD and it knew there wasn't one in it anymore but now it won't take it back.

I've pulled fuses with no luck. I'm thinking it is some sort of connectivity error between the amp/radio/CD unit but I'm not sure what to check next or how the cold is causing it.
