Hi - I believe I have the RA2 stock radio in my 2013 bighorn. The radio seems to be functioning ok but I am getting no sound. Backup sensors (beep) not audible either. The volume controls do not work either on the steering wheel or physical dial when this happens. This doesn’t happen every time, but seems to be getting worse recently. When it does work, the volume seems to be set to zero and then the volume controls will work and I have sound. I have tried pulling the fuses as well as the battery cable. Occasionally that will reset things, but definitely not every time. Anyone have any ideas to fix this or should I just get a new aftermarket head unit?
