2024 3500 dually. Took it into the dealer because the truck is leaning to the left side. I measured the inflation of the airbags and the left is about 1/2" shorter between the brackets than the right. I had no warning lights on the dash, and the dealer said it was a ride sensor. Supposedly that got changed out, but the truck still leans, as you can see by the pics below. The dealer doesn't seem to know what to do, and was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. You can clearly see in the pics that on the left side, both bags are more compressed on top of one another, and the right side both bags are barely touching if at all. I had a 2021 2500 srw with rear airbags and the system always worked flawlessly. This truck has 10k miles on it and is already becoming a headache. Thanks for any input.

My 2500 had the same issue, where the one side not only leaned...but in my case given 12 to 24hrs it would completely go flat on the one side. Pointed this out to the dealer, as my truck was under warranty. They proceeded to replace everything...... $6K in parts, except the right side air bag. And after all that it still was broken. They reluctantly replaced the one air bag, after I ragged on them. And it fixed it! It only took 6 weeks of back and forth to the dealer to get it fixed. The dealer said they dont have a lot of troubleshooting info from FCA, and they dont have enough of these fail to have a grasp on how to go about the repairs.

Your 3500s air bags look different than mine do.

I think the only reason my one air bag failed, was during the month my truck was in the shop getting its yearly transmission swap under warranty. It was on the lift, with the rear suspension hanging all the way down, under its own weight for an extended period of time (5 weeks) and that one bag got pinched when then finally got the ruck off the lift. In the end the defective bag was $1k, which is crazy.
