Well I angle cut the pinch seam to a 45* angle instead of a 90 and trimmed my splash guards and now gotta figure out a way to manipulate the fender liner a little bit, that’s all I’m rubbing on now. Probably rubbing at 50% to 100% lock to lock

It sucks because in May and June, it was looking really, really good.
Hopefully it will come back in the fall when I fertilize for the fall/winter months.

We have what’s known as “ sugar sand “ where I live. Unless you dig really deep and use a high grade soil paired with a heck of a sprinkler system you won’t get quality grass.

Changed up the look of my truck, ditched the chrome grill inserts (for now) and did the black honeycomb inserts. I plan to have the chrome grill slats vinyl wrapped gloss or semi gloss black and put them back in.

I also did another 1 off grill badge, this time black/reflective white (vs. chrome/reflective white).

The chrome white look is nice, just does not flow as well as I wanted. The headlights will also be going back to black with clear corners and HID projectors down the road.

I never thought I would own ANYTHING that was painted white (too commercial/industrial for my taste), but I have had my 2018 Lone Star Silver Edition for about three weeks now and the white is growing on me.
