Potential new owner. Anyone know a shop for PPI in Frederick, MD?

I live in Maryland and need a truck to tow a horse trailer. Was using a 2005 Tacoma with 4.0, but a drunk driver took out that truck. Wife says let's get a proper tow vehicle. Looking at a Ram in Frederick, Maryland. Can anyone recommend a shop in that area for a pre-purchase inspection?
