Although aware of the approximate maximum bed payload recommended for the latest model Power Wagon, one 72 mile home to store trip wins out versus taking two trips when stocking up with a ton of fuel for the winter. Attached is my Power Wagon pictures with 1 ton of wood pellets bags within the enclosed bed.
Note: The aftermarket tires are Load Range E at the original tire psi specifications. No issues with the extra weight in the bed. Barely noticeable other than slightly firmer around mountain corners.
Under the exact same conditions, tire psi, and route as last year with the OEM Load Range D tires the truck rolled and swayed precariously back and forth especially around each mountain road corner.
