Thats a Jeep bolt pattern you need 5x5.5 or 5x139.7 for Ram 1500 4th gen

Nope they don't have the correct bolt pattern. As JB1 indicated above 5x5.5 or 5x139.7 is what you want.

It doesn't look like they make a 34 series on 5x5.5 in 18"

Yeah I know that’s the only 5 lug bolt pattern I could find. I don’t believe they make them in a 17 either.
