We have a 2020 dually 3500. We were told two years in by a private mechanic that he thought our pads were wearing drastically different. He recommended we take it to dealer under warranty. The dealer said nothing was wrong brakes were fine. We did our last brake change with rotor resurface through the same dealership at 64,000 miles. Now we are at 74,000 and the same dealer says we need new rotors and brakes because they are wearing uneven. Well I was shocked so I pressed them on it, said maybe there is something wrong with the truck or their original job. and now they say all is good they lubricated everything and all is good.
