Question about zone 4" lift.

I was reading the instruction manual and it said you can't use stock 17" rims after installation. Why would that be?

I'm almost positive that that is only if you're putting a substantially bigger tire on though. Stock rims have an offset of +20. Even with that offset my friend has a truck that has 35's and a 4 inch lift and it rubs but only at full lock and not even very much. I on the other hand have -12 offset wheels on with 35's on a 5 inch zone lift with 0 rubbing.

Gotcha. I love my stock rims id hate to get rud of them. Thanks for the input.
