I had to aim them a little down than before as i had some extra glare up top.... it's easier to check the aim at a stoplight behing a Corolla or Honda accord. If you can see the cutoff in their rear seats they're aimed too high
In any case i can tell the light throw is crispier compared to the H11's and things looks a lot clearer.
Also to comment on the job required to run them... shaving the stupid tab from the H9's was a bit of a pita as all my cutting blades were too big to fit in there so i ended up using a small drill bit to remove it.
I didn't have to remove the grill at all, but i had to unplug it from the sides to reach the headlights bolts at the bottom, then the stupid plastic crap from behing the housings that you're supposed to slide down got the best of my curses this afternoon. I thought changing headlight bulbs was supposed to be a breeze but no, RAM engineers had to make the job more complicated than normal, and as i was pulling and twisting on the driver side housing is when i realized something else besides the two front bolts was holding the housing down and i ended up breaking the plastic slider crap on that side, not a big deal since i had duck tape to fix it hahaha, had to turn the wheels away from the little liner door to reach inside the housings from behind to get the job done. passenger side was easy learning from the mistake. Of course it would have helped to watch a youtube video before hand to know all about changing the bulbs, but then again i thought it's was just a bulb changing job, how hard can it be ??
