2019 Ram Limited, 12" screen. All of a sudden, my radio volume started going up uncommanded. I could turn it down via the volume knob, but as soon as I let go, it started increasing again. Turned the radio off and back on, no change. Switched sources, no change. Turned the truck off and back on, no changes. Any ideas?

The steering wheel switches are behind the wheel. I know of no 12" screens that do not have them. As stupid as it sounds a lot of folks have them don't even know they have them!

I'm am surprised that you do not have volume control on the backside of the steering wheel.
My 19 Laramie has buttons on the backside the left will change the radio presets and bring up the voice command,
and the right does the volume.

It's a limited so the button is there for sure. Most likely problem is the truck is haunted though. Biggest issue with the 12" screen is it tends to summon spirits.

Doh! Wow, learn something new everyday!! Thanks. I'll see if moving those around will help.
