I don't think you can just "clone" the ECM and why would you want to do that? If you think you are going to fool a dealer to keep your warranty that isn't going to happen..

Try https://goecm.com/products/dodge-cummins-6-7l-ecm-4384417 . Looks they have a refurbished one for $899. You will have to remove the SCR & DPF and install a straight pipe to get rid of using DEF. EGR can be commanded to "0" without removing parts but the EGR valve will get caked with carbon and my not work if you put the stock ECM back in the truck. Best to remove it as well.

EDIT: As mtnrider said you won't fool FCA by removing your original ECM and installing a tuned "clone" with the emissions hardware removed. When you put all the emissions back on and the original ECM, the mileage in the ECM will not match other CM's / odometer in the vehicle. They will know the original ECM has not been in the truck the whole time and deny any warranty claim they suspect was caused by switching out ECM's.

No. They sell just factory programmed ECM. You will need a tuner with appropriate tunes, SCR, DPF and EGR delete hardware to go with the tuner. You can't just "turn def off" without removing the emissions hardware. The SCR and the DPF will clog up within a few hundred miles without the DEF system. I don't have a recommendation on tuners or hardware. Both are getting hard to find / expensive in the US due to the EPA cracking down on companies in the US. You can expect to pay $1300 - $2000 for the kit. If you need it installed, figure about 6 - 8 hours labor if you can find someone willing to do the delete.

Removing DEF has nothing to do with DPF plugging, DEF is injected post DPF to reduce emissions. Search for a delete tuner for the 6.7 Cummins. You will need a delete kit for the EGR, DPF and a DPF back exhaust kit.
