Changing plugs today around 95k

Cylinder 2 (left) has more corrosion on contact points and does not move, springs inside boot don't move. Boots are somewhat distorted. Plugs gap between .38-.40. Appear leaner than cylinder 4.

Cylinder 4 (right) appears in good condition. Springs move and contacts move. Plugs gap .40 -.42. Appear richer than 2

No cel, just doing routine maintenance. Changing to ngk ruthenium purchased on rock auto. Pickup is modded to sig block, run 89 octane on 89 tune. Only used for long commutes or roadtrips. Occasionally tow heavy.

Do I need to replace a coil? Or all coils? So far plugs are coming out easy. Educate me please
