Replacement module. Paired with obdlink mx. Will not clear codes. When I cycle ignition per instructions, all passes except clearing roll information. Also, keep getting c2100 code. New battery and alternator tested ok. Im at loss. 2015 1500. 5.7

Try pulling the battery terminals and leaving them disconnected for half an hour.

Tried that yesterday. No change
