Replacement front wheel center caps WANTED

[2018 Ram 4500]

Hello, I’m looking to replace the stock center caps on my 2018 Ram 4500. The ones I have cover the lug nuts and actually snap on to the lugs. Ideally I’m looking for something that is smaller than the stock one and would snap into the center hole in my wheel and leaving the lugs exposed. Has anybody done or seen this before? There has got to be a shop that has these.. My profile pic has the stock wheel caps I’d like to replace. Thank you in advance for your help
