I always make fun of it, but has anyone actually used it? Especially on the Hemi? Just wondering if it actually does anything. Very curious.

I used it once and when i did it obviously cleaned the engine a little. I pulled the brake boost vacuum line to the intake manifold off to pour it in, put it all back together and every since i did it i have a faint whistle when i push the accelerator. Besides that no harm was done and i did get a good smoke show at 60,000 miles.

I use Seafoam in both my Suzuki Moto's. Its the only thing I have found that will get the ethonal build-up out of the fuel injection system. I mix it "strong"! One can of Seafoam to a half tank of fuel, which is about two gallons. Then I go and run the hell out of it. Seafoam is some good stuff!!

I've used it in my older vehicles, but I was always told not to use it in anything newer as it will ruin the catalytic convertors. :Grenade:

Try using Starbrite Startron in your fuel on any vehicle with an open fuel system like a motorcycle, ATV, or boat.

My Vmax has the same issues with E10 and it solved it. Seafoam would fix it after it happened, but Startron doesn't allow it to happen.

I've NEVER used seafoam like they show pouring it down the vacuum line. I've seen NO proof it really does anything for the engine. If someone shows me irrefutable proof, I'll do it.

It's one of the only ones I'll pour into my gas tank though. That and Chevron's Techron which is also really good.

I will never use Seafoam in my engine...any type of engine flush....or any type of aftermarket oil additive.

Now in my fuel tank, it's a different story, as fuel quality varies so greatly. But when it comes to fuel injector cleaner, I use either STP Complete Fuel System Cleaner or if I need anything stronger, I go with Berrymans B12 Chemtool Fuel System Cleaner. It wont harm sensors or emissions components either.
